Daddy and I couldn't wait to share our little secret with our families, but wanted it to be special. After a little planning here is how we shared the news:
Daddy's Family: It was Halloween night and daddy's parents came to Pittsburgh so we knew this was the perfect moment to tell them about you! Since Cici collects Christopher Radko ornaments, I found one that said "I love you Grandma" on the front and painted "Expecting Baby Wolsey" on the back. We give her an ornament each year so to her, this was just her annual ornament, little did she know the writing on this ornament would change her life! She opened the box without her glasses on, but after she was able to read the words had a huge smile and handed it to Daddy's dad. He was elated and immediately started to cry tears of joy. We had a wonderful dinner toasting and talking about you!
That same night we told Aunt Jayne Ann that she was going to have either a niece or nephew to love on soon! She couldn't believe her ears and actually made Daddy say is 3 times to be certain!
Daddy called Uncle Justin the next day and told him about you. Just like everyone else he is so excited for you to get here!!
Mommy's Family: After we got home from dinner with daddy's parents it was time to share the news with mommy's family. Aunt Acacia and Aunt Alisha already knew about you - I needed their help to surprise Ma. After Peyton, Emma, Aidan, Adalyn, Alijah, Aunt Acacia, Aunt Alisha, and Ma went Trick-or-Treating they skyped us to show off their Halloween costumes. Even though we couldn't be in person when Ma found out about you, I still wanted to see her face. After talking for a bit about the exciting night, Aunt Acacia got Ma's Halloween gift from me and Daddy for her to open. The gift was a BIG picture frame with 6 picture openings. In 5 of the openings I placed pictures of Petyon, Emma, Aidan, Adalyn, and Alijah. In the 6th opening I placed a paper that read "Expecting the Arrival of Baby Wolsey". It took Ma a few minutes to look through the pictures and come to the paper, but when she did she too started to cry!
I called Aunt Lisha first and told her I was pregnant, she was so excited she started to cry. She sent us a huge basket full of goodies that never ended. She is thrilled to be an Aunt for the 6th time.
Aunt Acacia had a dream about you before I was even pregnant so it was really exciting when I told her that her dream came true. Even though she has other nieces and nephews on Uncle Adrian's side you will be her first blood niece or nephew and she is thrilled about your arrival!
I told Dandy on the phone and he got so excited he started cheering!
You are one very lucky baby who already has a family that loves you!

We're Pregnant!
Monday October 24, 2011 is a morning I will never forget since it was the day I found out about you! I woke up to get ready for work and decided to take a pregnancy test, which to my great surprise came out positive. The line was faint so I kept the news to myself and took a test on both Tuesday and Wednesday mornings. Even though the first test was not the dark line I was hoping for, I knew in my heart that in 9 short months I would be a mommy.
Wednesday morning October 26th, I woke Daddy up by saying, "Guess what?" without hesitation he said, "Your pregnant!" Even though I already knew you were in my tummy, telling Daddy about you made it more real and I got even more excited! At this point you had only been in my tummy for 4 weeks so we had lots of time to get ready to meet you. Since this day there has not been one minute that has passed where I have not thought about you and not one day passed where I have not thanked God for you.
